KB: I'm always thinking about getting myself ready mentally in order to do my best during the event.

RYG: What do you need to do in order to stay at the top?

KB: The secret is to prepare well by practising hard and relaxing to allow your body to recover.

RYG: What sort of preparation do you do?

KB: I'm always preparing for many different races such as cross country and many indoor and outdoor events. It's not easy when you're competing everywhere! I feel like I have been gifted this strength to take it on and to be the best.

RYG: For any children looking up to you, what sort of advice would you give to them?

KB: When they're growing up and taking part in sport, they should always seek advice from their families and sport coaches. This will help them prepare well and help in their training.

RYG: How important is exercise and sport in your life?

KB: It is very important to me. My main talent lies in athletics, particularly the running events, and because of this talent, it has changed my life.

RYG: What are your hopes for Beijing and the future?

KB: My big goal at the moment is Beijing so I'm currently preparing very hard to get ready for the Olympic games. This will be my second time competing but it doesn't get any easier when you're preparing for the Olympic games!
