Raise Your Game: Why is it important for young people to get into sport?
Anthony Boric: It's important to stay active. It's easy to get caught up in computer games and stay indoors all day. Sport allows you to get out there and get involved.

AB: With rugby you can make great friendships. It's a team sport, and obviously there are fitness and health benefits. I would encourage anyone to play it.
RYG: What lessons can you learn from rugby?
AB: It's all about the team spirit between the players. You've got to look out for each other on the field. You play hard together, but you can also celebrate and enjoy it. So the benefits are all-round.
RYG: What has sport given you?
AB: Rugby has been great for me. I've been able to travel the world and visit amazing places like Wales. Apart from playing there is a lot going on with the whole professional side of things as well which is really special.
RYG: What does it take for someone to reach your level?
AB: A lot of commitment, a lot of long hours training and an element of sacrifice. There are times when it would be easy to go out and party, but when you have training you can't. It's very rewarding when you do reach a high level.
RYG: What would your message be to those that look up to you?
AB: Enjoy yourself, have fun, try things and get involved with lots of different activities and sports. Rugby is not for everyone so try as many things as you can.
