Super Furry Animals will be playing a one-off special gig in November 2009 to celebrate a film about Creation Records.
The 'Recreation' gig - part of the Soundtrack International Film and Music Festival - will take place at Cardiff's Coal Exchange on 20 November 2009, and is the first in a series of gigs by former Creation Records artists, coinciding with the film release of Upside Down: The Story Of Creation Records.
Super Furry Animals were signed to Alan McGee's Creation Records alongside such bands as Oasis and The Boo Radleys.
The band are expected to play songs from their Creation Records heyday, and will be supported by former Ride frontman Mark Gardner.
