This privacy notice describes how we collect and use personal data about you during and after your relationship with us, in accordance with data protection law.

Why are we doing this and how can you participate?

The 91�ȱ� is inviting families/parents/carers/legal guardians to bring along children aged 0-4 years old to take part in the free 91�ȱ� Tiny Happy People family community events in specified Asda stores in Manchester, Hull, Cardiff, and Watford.

Each of the events will have different themes and activities. To sign up to take part, simply click on the link provided on the 91�ȱ�’s Tiny Happy People webpage, to book tickets via our ticketing provider. You can select which event you wish to attend, and the day and time slot.Once we receive your booking, we’ll email you with the event information and FAQs.

There may be opportunities for you and/or your children to be photographed or filmed at the events to feature in 91�ȱ� programmes or content. In such cases, we will always seek your permission to be included in photographs or film recordings first. We will also always seek permission from parents/guardians to include their children in photographs and film recordings.

When you contribute to the 91�ȱ�, we may use your contribution in our programmes or content, but we cannot promise to use everything that we receive. If we broadcast your contribution, this may include the programme being available online and/or on demand, and your contribution may be used again in a future broadcast. It may also include use on the 91�ȱ�’s social media channels.

What personal data will 91�ȱ� collect and how will we use it?

There are two types of personal data: personal data and special category data. Special category data is still personal data, but its processing by the 91�ȱ� requires the 91�ȱ� to follow additional compliance steps.

Personal data:

The 91�ȱ� and its ticketing provider Skiddle will collect and process personal data about you for the purposes of enabling you to book tickets to the Tiny Happy People Asda events, and to enable the 91�ȱ� to run the events, including:

• Your full name

• Your email address

• The number of children you will be bringing to the event

• Your event ticket reference number

Skiddle will also collect and process the following personal data about you, for the purposes of administration of your ticket order:

• Your phone number

• Your address

If you consent to being included in photographs and film recordings of the events taken by the 91�ȱ�, the 91�ȱ� will also collect the following personal data:

• photographs and film recordings of you

If parents/guardians consent to their children being included in photographs and film recordings of the events taken by the 91�ȱ�, the 91�ȱ� will also collect the following personal data:

• photographs and film recordings of the parents/guardians’ children

Who is the Data Controller?

The 91�ȱ� and its ticketing provider Skiddle are the “data controllers” of your personal data. This means that the 91�ȱ� and Skiddle decide what your personal data is used for, and the ways in which it is processed.For the avoidance of doubt, your personal data will be collected and processed by the 91�ȱ� solely for the purposes set out in this privacy notice. This privacy notice only provides information about the 91�ȱ�’s processing of personal data. We advise you to please refer to Skiddle’s privacy policy for further information about how they will process your personal data. As data controllers, the 91�ȱ� and Skiddle have the responsibility to comply, and to demonstrate compliance with, data protection law.

Lawful basis for processing your personal data

Our lawful basis on which the 91�ȱ� processes your personal data is the performance of its public task. The 91�ȱ�’s role is to act in the public interest and to serve all audiences with content which informs, educates, and entertains.

Sharing your personal data

The 91�ȱ� works with our approved third-party providers who help us to provide some of our services. These partners only use your personal data on behalf of the 91�ȱ� and not independently of the 91�ȱ�. We may share personal data with a third party where required or permitted by law.

Retaining your personal data

The 91�ȱ� will retain your personal data as follows:

• Your personal data held by the 91�ȱ� will be retained for up to six (6) months after the Tiny Happy People Asda Events, after which it will be deleted.

• If your contribution is included in 91�ȱ� content or broadcast, it will be retained and archived in perpetuity.

Your personal data will be stored in the UK, the EEA (European Economic Area), and the United States.
If your data is processed outside the UK and the EEA, and the 91�ȱ� is processing this data as a data controller, we will ensure that it is protected to the same standards as if it were being processed within the UK and the EEA.

Your rights and more information

You have rights under data protection law:

• You can request a copy of the personal data the 91�ȱ� stores about you.

• You have the right to request that we rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data that we hold about you.
