I guess if you feel like maybe your focusing on your phone, gadget, tablet, whatever the device might be, you feel like you’re focusing on that rather than the baby and you want to be bonding and you want to be focusing on the baby, then yeah put it to one side. Just know that, you know, that tablet, the phone, whatever the gadget is. it’s gonna be there. It’s gonna be there.

It can be tempting to want to use the gadgets or phones to take pictures or videos of the baby as it’s growing and as you say the phones are always gonna be there. But I guess what can happen is you find that it’s a lot harder to be on social media and kind of communicate with your friends as you might of done, or family, before. Maybe the phone might take a functional use capturing moments in the baby’s life as opposed to kinda passing time or keeping up to date with social media.
Mobile devices can be really useful when you have a new baby, especially for staying in touch with friends and family, and for recording magic moments with your little one.
