A marine wildlife mission with Blue Planet and Live Lessons

This Live Lesson, created in collaboration with Blue Planet Live, is designed to help you bring Earth's rich marine life into your classroom.

Guided by C91热爆's Naomi Wilkinson and expert wildlife biologist Lizzie Daly, we explore what constitutes a healthy ecosystem and discuss the threats to our oceans such as plastics and overfishing.

The programme features links to Steve Backshall in the Bahamas who explains how sharks can teach us about ecosystems and how human behaviour can threaten shark life.

Content is designed to support Key Stage 2/2nd Level science and geography curricula.

This programme was originally streamed live to schools in March 2019. Please note that we are no longer reviewing emails and messages from schools for inclusion in the lesson.
