Teacher Notes
The class could be split into three groups: Aamira's team, Shanice's team and Eli's team.
Ask them to act out their reactions to two different scenarios, one where Aamira doesn't tell Eli her feelings and one where she does.
The class could try and answer questions such as: If Aamira told Eli she liked him as well would her friendship with Shanice be damaged?
What would she miss out on if she did not make Eli aware of her feelings?
How would Aamira feel if Eli and Shanice started a relationship? How would Eli react if Aamira told him about her feelings?
This clip will be relevant for teaching PSHE and Modern Studies at KS2 in England and Northern Ireland, PSE at KS2 in Wales and First Level and Second Level in Scotland.
