You could set up a series of simple events, similar to those in the clip.
This could include a race, vertical jump test, a long jump or indoor shot.
Pupils could also make up new races, such as a fireman鈥檚 ladder race, crab race or rolling race.
Key curriculum skills: Running (pump arms, stay tall, knees up, kick out).
Throwing (L-Shape feet, throwing elbow back, pull hard and push, step forwards).
Catching (wide base, fingers together fingers up - catching boxes together or fingers down) Jumping (low squat, arms back, spring up, head leads).
