i watched and stoke on tv and listened to them on the radio. surprisingly so did my mum who does not like football that much. i was mad when stoke nearly let them score but thank god they didn't. i have supported for many years - i was only 8years old when stoke were up there last so up the city i will be listening to every match when i can - best wishes from a stokie

I think its fantastic. I'm only a stoke fan by marriage, so fairly neutral when it comes to football really, but I do have to say how excited I am. I'm excited for the city. There is a sense of something happening, something positive for Stoke. Has anyone seen the 'love stoke' banners around? Well that's where I'm coming from. Pottermouth has finally given his location away. He must come from Tean or Cheadle. Andy on his dumper and Ian from Kidsgrove are usually on the programme but, Pat Mcgarry鈥檚 paper shop, that used to be in Tean before he shut down; I can鈥檛 say I鈥檝e ever heard that mentioned on Radio Stoke. He鈥檚 definitely a moorlander.
