South Wales Scorpions won their first League One game of the season at the 12th time of asking with a 26-10 victory at London Skolars.

Ian Newbury and Yannic Parker each scored a pair of tries for the Welsh side, with Paul Emanuelli also scoring a try and kicking three goals.

North Wales Crusaders beat second placed Keighley Cougars 34-10.

Scott Turner led the way with two tries, while Lee Hudson, Rob Massam, Jono Smith and Joe Burke also crossed.
