Gloucester-Hartpury Women have signed Wales internationals Robyn Lock and Kerin Lake, while Hannah Jones has also re-signed with the English side.
"They have been very impressive in pre-season. Their qualities bring an edge to our training," coach Sean Lynn said.
Flanker Lock and centre Lake follow Wales team-mate Gwen Crabb to Gloucester-Hartpury.
The signings continue the trend of Wales players joining Premier 15s teams over the border.
Welsh full-back Lowri Williams has signed for Worcester Women from Cardiff Met Ladies.
Earlier this summer Sale Sharks made Teleri Wyn Davies and Mali Quaeck from Rygbi Gogledd Cymru (RGC 1404) their third and fourth Welsh signings of the off-season.
The duo join Molly Kelly and Lisa Neumann with Sharks for next season after their Premiers 15s promotion.
Back-row forward Quaeck was part of Wales' development squad which played England last year.
Lock Davies, 23, made her senior debut in the 18-17 victory against Scotland in the 2018 Six Nations.
In June Neumann, 26, joined Sale who have replaced her old club Firwood Waterloo Ladies in the top flight, while Kelly also left Firwood for Sale.
Bristol Bears Women have also added to their sizeable Welsh contingent, with flanker Alisha Butchers, full-back Kayleigh Powell and wing Jasmine Joyce joining.
Current Wales captain Siwan Lillicrap, fly-half Elinor Snowsill, prop Caryl Thomas, scrum-half Keira Bevan, full-back Lauren Smyth and flanker Manon Johnes all signed new deals with Bristol.
