Glasgow Warriors have signed Scotland international lock Kieran Low from London Irish.
The 24-year-old, who can also play in the back-row, will move to Scotstoun in the summer on a two-year deal.
Having represented England at Under-18 and Under-20 level, Low won the last of his five Scotland caps as a replacement against Tonga in November.
"I'd love to play for Scotland again and playing with the Warriors will hopefully help," he said.
"I've spent my whole career at London Irish and I'll be sad to leave, but this is an exciting opportunity."
Low, who made his Scotland debut against Australia in 2013, becomes the third new addition for the next campaign, following the signings of flanker Simone Favaro and scrum-half Grayson Hart.
Glasgow Warriors have also confirmed that flanker Hugh Blake has joined from Edinburgh until the end of the season to provide back-row cover.
"Kieran has come through the academy system at London Irish and has worked hard to play at the highest level of the game," said head coach Gregor Townsend.
"He is a physical, athletic second-row who can also play in the back-row, so he'll provide more competition and give us more options in the back five for next season."
