Worcester scrum-half Jonny Arr has signed a new undisclosed contract extension with the Sixways club.

The 23-year-old made his club debut in 2008 and has since made 88 appearances for the Warriors.

Head coach Richard Hill told 91热爆 Hereford & Worcester: "Jonny is very fast to the breakdown and he gets the ball away very quickly.

"We have a contrast with Shaun Perry and Jonny at the club. It's important to have players who can change games."

Arr, a product of the club's academy, won international honours and was part of the England Under-20s squad that won the Grand Slam in the 2008 Six Nations.

Warriors' player of the season for 2011 added: "It's great to be back playing in the Premiership this season and we have made real progress.

"This is especially true in the last few months when we have started to gain the level of results we know we are capable of.

"I have been connected with the club for a long time now but there is no denying this is the most exciting period as we look to push up the league table."
