Leigh Leopards have continued their squad rebuild with the signing of Swinton Lions second rower Andrew Badrock on a two-year deal.
The 23-year-old has been a key performer for the Championship side, finishing as the club's top try-scorer in his debut season last year.
He joins a Leopards side undergoing an overhaul after the departures of John Asiata, Tom Amone, Zak Hardaker, Oliver Holmes and Kai O'Donnell after losing to Wigan in the Super League semi-finals earlier this month.
In the past week Leigh have picked up winger AJ Towse, utility back Fanitesi Niu and forwards Isaac Liu, Ben Condon, Brad Martin and Ryan Brown.
Leigh head of rugby Chris Chester : "Andrew is a player I鈥檝e been looking at regularly over his two years at Swinton. He鈥檚 a good, athletic back rower who can also play centre.
"With losing Kai O鈥橠onnell we need to get strength in depth in the back row position.
"He has really impressed with his performances for Swinton where he has often been a standout."
