Yates' early Wire arrival won't 'change anything'

Warrington Wolves loose forward Luke Yates says his early arrival at the club will not impact on their fine form in Super League this term.
Boss Sam Burgess has transformed the Wire since taking over last year, guiding Warrington to a Challenge Cup final and turning them into a formidable side in Super League.
Yates, who was meant to arrive in 2025 on a two-year deal from Huddersfield, joined earlier this week ahead of schedule and comes into a side second in the table.
"I'm not here to change anything, the boys have been doing a really good job and have been really successful," he told 91热爆 Radio Merseyside.
"If I can do anything I can, whatever that role may entail, I'm happy to do it and buy into it and be part of the success."
Yates' move to the Wire means he joins his fourth Super League club having previously had spells with London Broncos and Salford Red Devils.
The Australian had captained the Giants and made 89 appearances in three-and-a-half seasons with the club, but leaves after Huddersfield's lack of form left them ninth in the table and without a head coach after Ian Watson's departure.
"I feel like Huddersfield want to do some business and give some of the younger forwards an opportunity to get some game time," Yates added.
"I loved the club and the lads there but we've gone through a bit of a tough time and it was quite an unsettled squad - but I wish them all the best."
