Great Britain's women maintained their 100% record in the World League semi-finals with a 4-2 victory over Canada in Valencia.

Sophie Bray scored twice, with Alex Danson and Georgie Twigg also on the scoresheet in a dominant performance.

Danson's opener was her 35th for the side and moves her second on the all-time list, but still some way behind Jane Sixsmith who netted 53 times.

The top three sides in Valencia will qualify for the 2016 Rio Olympics.

There are 10 countries competing in two pools of five with the top four nations in each reaching the knockout phase.

Danny Kerry's side currently top their group having already beaten hosts Spain and Argentina and play China on Tuesday (12:00 BST) in their final pool game.

Forward Danson said: "The secret of this team is how hard we work away from the games, back in training.

"We're disappointed with some of the chances that didn't go in today but we'll go away and review and we'll come back ready for China."

A further 10-team semi-finals tournament takes place in Antwerp in July.

Seven teams that progress from both semi-final events will take part in the World League finals from 21-29 November in Argentina.
