Argyle sign Dutch winger Cissoko on loan from Toulouse

Plymouth Argyle have signed Netherlands Under-21s winger Ibrahim Cissoko on a season-long loan from French club Toulouse.
The 21-year-old moved to the French top flight side last season for a reported 3m euros (拢2.5m) from NEC Nijmegen and has also spent time at VVV Venlo and Vitesse Arnhem.
He scored one goal in 14 appearances for Toulouse last season, including one start in the Europa League.
He is the fourth new signing since Wayne Rooney took over as Argyle boss in May, following the arrivals of Nathanael Ogbeta, Muhamed Tijani and Darko Gyabi.

"He is a quick, athletic and technical winger who will add strength to our forward options," Rooney told the

Cissoko has joined up with Plymouth's squad on their pre-season training camp in Spain and is primarily a left-sided player.
"It is a real coup to bring a player of Ibrahim鈥檚 quality to Argyle," added director of football Neil Dewsnip.
"He had several options this summer, including interest from the Premier League, but he was really keen to join Argyle after speaking with Wayne and the recruitment team.
"He fits the profile of player we are looking to bring to the club as he is young and exciting, but also has excellent technical qualities."
