Mansfield Town have signed goalkeeper Christy Pym from Peterborough for an undisclosed fee and brought in full-back Aaron Lewis on a free transfer.
Both players have signed two-year contracts, but Lewis' deal has the option of a further 12 months.
Pym, 28, spent last season on loan with the Stags, making 45 appearances in all competitions for the League Two club.
Lewis, 25, joins after being released by Newport County, for whom he played 102 games during a three-year spell.
A former Wales Under-21 international who came through the youth ranks at Swansea City, he can also operate in midfield.
Pym, meanwhile, began his career at Exeter City and moved to Peterborough in 2019.
He featured 93 times for the Posh and had a loan spell at Stevenage in the second half of the 2021-22 campaign.
Pym kept 14 clean sheets for Nigel Clough's side last term and the former England striker said he was "delighted" to secure him on a permanent deal.
"It's no secret that Christy has been our number one target," Clough told
"He did exceptionally well for us last season."
