Ryan Woods: Brentford sign Shrewsbury Town utility man

Brentford have signed highly-rated Ryan Woods for an undisclosed fee from League One side Shrewsbury Town.
Shrewsbury youth product Woods, 21, who can play in defence or midfield, was reportedly the subject of two bids from West Ham United earlier in the year.
"When you have players who are so good and have done so well, they are going to have a lot of interest in them," said Town boss Micky Mellon.
Woods, who moves on a three-year deal, has played in every game this season.
He was named in the 2014-15 PFA League Two team of the season for his role in Shrewsbury's promotion campaign.
Meanwhile, Bees striker Scott Hogan - who has been injured for much of his time at Griffin Park since joining from Rochdale in 2014 - has signed a one-year contract extension.
