Deji Oshilaja: Gillingham sign Cardiff defender on loan

Deji Oshilaja spent the second half of last season on loan with AFC Wimbledon
League One side Gillingham have signed Cardiff City defender Deji Oshilaja on loan until 3 January.
The 22-year-old has made three senior appearances for the Bluebirds and has had loan spells at Newport County, Sheffield Wednesday and AFC Wimbledon.
Oshilaja played under Gills boss Justin Edinburgh at Newport in 2013-14.
"I know what he is capable of and was keen to get him on board here at Gillingham if it were possible," Edinburgh told
"We thank Cardiff for allowing him to join us and we look forward to working with him."
Oshilaja spent the second half of last season on loan at Wimbledon, scoring one goal in 23 appearances.
He is Gillingham's seventh signing of the summer transfer window.
