Swansea manager Garry Monk claims it would take an "astronomical" offer for another club to buy any of his star players.

91热爆 football pundit Martin Keown has warned Swansea could struggle to keep some players after a successful season.

But Monk, whose team will finish eighth in the Premier League, says none of his "quality" players are for sale, and if they were they would be expensive.

"It will take an astronomical fee to prise any away," he said.

"I said the same with Wilfried Bony, and I think you saw with Bony it was an astronomical fee so we're obviously true to our word.

"We're not looking to unload any players, it's very important that we keep them for next season.

"None of our players are for sale in terms of the quality ones that we have.

"There will be some movement within the squad but of course our main quality will be kept here at the club."

Swansea goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski has kept 13 clean sheets during the 2014-15 Premier League season

Former Arsenal defender Keown suggested Swansea's impressive form this season would make several players targets for other clubs, particularly midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson and winger Jefferson Montero.

Other reports have suggested the club have opened talks with goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski over a contract extension, though Monk says there would be "no reason for him to move" after a superb debut season in south Wales.

The Polish international is in line to win the Golden Glove award for most Premier League clean sheets this season having kept 13.

But Monk has indicated there have not been any discussions with the player over a new deal less than 12 months after he joined the club from Arsenal on a free transfer.

"Not as far as I know" added Monk.

"You'll have to ask the chairman. I haven't had that discussion with him. Whether his representatives have made contact with the club or anything like that, possibly. But I'm unaware of any contact right now.

"I'm sure his agent and representatives have spoken to the club so we'll see in the near future about those negotiations.

"That reward will come in the future if the club sees fit. The other side of it is those players are lucky to play for this club as well, and play at the level they are and having an opportunity and a great platform at this club that's progressive."

Swansea travel to Crystal Palace on Sunday on the final day of the season.
