Promoted Bury have released four players and placed midfielder Nicky Adams on the transfer list.
Defenders Jimmy McNulty and Pablo Mills are let go along with midfielder Joe Thompson while Chris Sedgwick has retired at the age of 35.
The Shakers have offered new deals to striker Daniel Nardiello and goalkeeper Rob Lainton.
Bury, who will be playing in League One next year, already have 12 contracted players in the squad for next season.
