Huddersfield Town: Chris Powell in running for manager's job
- Published
Ex-Charlton boss Chris Powell is one of three people being considered for the Huddersfield Town manager's job.
91热爆 Radio Leeds understands that Powell, and two unknown candidates, have had second interviews for the post in the last few days.
The 44-year-old could replace Mark Robins, who left the Terriers by mutual consent following the opening-day 4-0 home defeat by Bournemouth.
Powell has been out of management since being sacked by the Addicks in March.
Academy manager Mark Lillis has been in caretaker charge since Robins' departure, winning two, drawing one and losing three.
The Terriers are next in action against Middlesbrough at the John Smith's Stadium on Saturday, 13 September.
