Bolton manager Dougie Freedman says the club have received an enquiry from Premier League side Swansea regarding the availability of David Ngog.

The 24-year-old striker has made 19 appearances for the Championship side this season, scoring four goals.

"The two chairmen are now talking to see what they can do," Freedman told 91热爆 Radio Manchester.

"I am in a difficult position where it is very hard to stop a young player going to the Premier League."

Former Liverpool man Ngog joined Bolton in August 2011 in a deal believed to be worth 拢4m.

The Frenchman has six months remaining on his contract at the Reebok Stadium, and could therefore leave on a free transfer in the summer.

"David is aware of it, and he is also looking at his position," added Freedman.

"I would like to think every player has the desire to play in the Premier League. It is difficult to think he will be here on Monday morning."
