Leeds United sign Oldham striker Matt Smith

Leeds United have signed Oldham striker Matt Smith on a two-year deal.
The 24-year-old, who scored in the FA Cup against Liverpool and Everton last season, was a free agent after turning down a new contract with the Latics.

The University of Manchester graduate is Leeds boss Brian McDermott's first signing since taking over at Elland Road in April.
McDermott told 91热爆 Radio Leeds: "He's a player that I've known for a while and I like his background. He's come a long way in a short period of time.
"I think he'll give us something different. I saw him against Liverpool and Everton and he caused them both real problems.
"We feel we've signed a player with potential who is ready to play in this league now. We're delighted he's chosen us."
