Millwall: Kenny Jackett explains Dany N'Guessan substitution

Millwall manager Kenny Jackett has said he took off substitute Dany N'Guessan against Crystal Palace because he was not doing his job for the team.
N'Guessan was on the pitch for only 14 minutes in Tuesday's 0-0 draw.
"I didn't think Dany was particularly playing for the team and we needed to change it," Jackett said.
"I needed to address that very quickly as many times in our home games this season we have undone ourselves late in the game."
N'Guessan has scored two goals in 18 appearances for Millwall with season, nine of them as a substitute.
The 25-year-old came on for Liam Trotter in the 72nd minute of the game against Palace, but was then substituted himself after less than a quarter of an hour on the pitch.
"He maybe lost a bit of confidence in a couple of the runs he had and then he stayed up front when perhaps he needed to come deeper, receive the ball and turn.
"We want to keep driving forward and try to get wins, but you have to be professional as well and make sure you keep your shape.
"It didn't quite happen, so unfortunately the substitution needed to be made," Jackett told 91热爆 London 94.9.
The point moved the Lions two points above the Championship relegation zone with one game of the season remaining.
"We put Crystal Palace under a lot of pressure and there was a lot of heart, spirit and commitment.
"We have gone gung-ho in the last half hour of games at home too many times and turned draws into losses," said Jackett.
"Sometimes you need to stay solid, get the point, add to your total and move on."
Millwall now head into their final game at Derby on Saturday, knowing a win will secure their Championship status.
"Our focus is going to be about us playing very well and putting in a performance to try and win the game," Jackett said.
"If we do that it doesn't matter what else happens around the country. A point might be enough, but games can turn around quickly and we need to focus on playing well ourselves."
