QPR manager Harry Redknapp says the club must make signings before the transfer deadline as he is down to his last "17 or 18 players".
Redknapp named three goalkeepers in his 18 against Manchester City, with Robert Green and Brian Murphy on the bench.
Redknapp told 91热爆 Sport: "We have to make signings. We can't go the rest of the season with 17 or 18 players.
"We had two keepers on the bench because I didn't have any more senior players available."
The transfer window will close at 23:00 GMT on Thursday 31 January.
Redknapp has signed striker , external and defender Tal Ben Haim this month, but has also seen , external and striker Djibril Cisse leave, and will lose Ryan Nelsen before the deadline as he joins Toronto FC.
He confirmed his interest in Stoke striker Peter Crouch and defender Chris Samba, who is playing for Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala, and said he still hoped to sign Peter Odemwingie from West Brom.
"There are certain parts of the team where we are short," Redknapp added.
"Jamie Mackie is injured and DJ Campbell's father was unwell so I wanted him to be with him. We do need to bring a few players in.
"We have a value for Peter Odemwingie but at the end of the day he belongs to West Brom. Crouchy's played for me everywhere, hasn't he? But it's up to Stoke.
"They are all good players but it depends on whether the clubs will sell. If they don't want to sell them then there is nothing we can do. We will have to wait and see."
Nelsen, 35, received a standing ovation at Loftus Road after the draw with Manchester City - his final game in English football before becoming full-time coach of Major League Soccer club Toronto FC from 1 February.
Redknapp said: "I tried to sign Ryan Nelsen many times over the years when he was at Blackburn. I finally got him on a free at Tottenham and he is a top pro, a top guy and I wish him well.
"I am sure he will be a success in his new career."
