Rene Howe hopes Torquay United's results will improve

Torquay United striker Rene Howe says he and his team-mates must turn more of their draws into victories.
The 25-year-old has scored five goals in eight league games so far this season, but his side have won just two and drawn five of those matches.
"We've dropped points in stupid places where we shouldn't have," Howe told 91热爆 South West Sport.
"Some of them, we should have come out on top and we've given away sloppy goals."
Torquay have seen leads slip away at home to Port Vale.
"We should have stepped up and played better and we should have won those games.
"If we can turn those draws into victories then we'll be up there," he added.
Howe says his aim is to beat his mark of 14 goals that he set last season after moving to Plainmoor on a free transfer after leaving Peterborough.
"It's gone marvellously well, five in eight is a good return.
"I've done well and hopefully we can all push on as a team and get more victories.
"I just want to score as many goals as I can and help the team out," he added.
