Kidderminster Harriers say they are confident they will not face serious punishment over claims their top scorer Jamille Matt is an illegal immigrant.
The 22-year-old striker has recently been on leave of absence while he resolves "personal issues".
Harriers have told 91热爆 Hereford & Worcester they are cooperating fully with all the relevant authorities.
But the Blue Square Bet Premier club say they are confident there will be no fine or points deduction.
