David Burke must be given time at Brighton, says Poyet

Brighton manager Gus Poyet is confident the club's new head of football operations David Burke will make an impact over time.
Among Burke's duties is identifying players to bring to the Amex.
Poyet told 91热爆 Sussex: "It's a very difficult job but I'm looking forward to working with him.
"The idea is to settle down. We won't have the best recruitment system for this transfer window but it will be totally different for the summer."
Burke, who has had spells scouting for Manchester City and Fulham, joined the Seagulls from south coast rivals Southampton earlier this week.
Poyet continued: "Everything is going to be ready by the end of the season so we will have a big list of players that we know we can go for.
"The way we've started in the last couple of days, it looks really positive."
Meanwhile, the Uruguayan has reiterated that he is in the market for a midfielder and a striker this month.
"There are not many [players] of the quality and the type we want."
"But every player we want is earning too much money, or the ones we wanted have started playing," he concluded.
