Truro City boss Lee Hodges rues defensive lapses
Truro City manager Lee Hodges says he is frustrated by his side's continued defensive errors after they went down 3-2 at home to Welling United.
Third-placed Welling went ahead thanks to the Blue Square Bet South's top scorer Andy Pugh on five minutes.
Barry Hayles equalised four minutes later, before Loick Pires gave Welling the lead on 65 minutes and player-manager Jamie Day added a third.
Barry McConnell netted a last-minute consolation for Truro.
"I think I keep saying the same things week-in week-out," Hodges told 91热爆 Radio Cornwall.
"A free header and not closing the ball down when someone's got a shot at goal.
"Even at 1-1, I still felt we could have gone on and got something out of the game. I'm just bitterly disappointed."
