Carlisle United have signed utility player Jeremy Helan from Manchester City on a one-month loan deal.

The 19-year-old Clairefontaine academy graduate, who can play in both defence and midfield, has represented France up to Under-19 level.

"We are starting to build a good relationship with Manchester City," .
