Truro City boss Lee Hodges happy despite 5-2 loss

Truro City manager Lee Hodges said he was pleased with the way his side played against Basingstoke, despite losing 5-2 at Treyew Road.
Delano Sam-Yorke and Tim Sills put the visitors 2-0 up after 18 minutes before Scott Walker's penalty got one back.
Nathan Smart made it 3-1 after 29 minutes and second-half strikes from Sills and Shaun McAuley made it 5-1 before Walker's consolation for City.
"That's some of the best I've seen us play this season," Hodges said.
"You look at the result and everyone will say exactly the same thing '5-2 we got stuffed'.
"Well we didn't get stuffed. The difference between the teams was that we didn't put the ball in the back of the net because we had as many chances as them," Hodges added to 91热爆 Radio Cornwall.
Hodges feels his side will get back to winning ways if they can continue to play like they have done.
"If they take that into next week then I can't see any problems at all because if we play like that week-in, week-out we'll do alright in this league," he added.
City are 13th in Blue Square Bet South after the loss.
