Shrews winger Steve Leslie makes loan return to Bulls

Steve Leslie has made 120 appearances for Shrewsbury Town

Hereford United have signed Shrewsbury winger Steve Leslie on a month's loan.

Leslie, 23, spent time on loan at Edgar Street at the end of last season, scoring two goals in 11 appearances.

Pitman also confirmed that 38-year-old player-coach Russell Hoult will be in goal for the Bulls at Swindon on Saturday.

On-loan keeper David Cornell will be playing for Wales Under-21 side and Adam Bartlett is out with a long-term injury.

As for the return of Leslie to Edgar Street, Bulls manager Jamie Pitman told 91热爆 Hereford & Worcester: "He did exceptionally well for us last season and fitted in well here.

"It's something we have wanted to do for a long time. Hopefully, he will bring in the same enthusiasm and quality as he did last year."

Shrewsbury boss Graham Turner told the "He went to Hereford last season and we saw a good reaction. Hopefully that will be the case again."
