Wrexham manager Dean Saunders keen to add new recruits

Manager Dean Saunders says Wrexham must strengthen their squad if they want to achieve promotion this season.
Wrexham halted a run of two consecutive defeats in the Blue Square Premier Bet on Tuesday night with a draw at Southport.
"We only need a couple on injuries and we are short. Hopefully we can sign a couple of players," said Saunders.
"I've got a few things going on and hopefully I can do something in the next few days."
With the takeover of the club nearing completion, Saunders is hoping he will have funds available to strengthen his squad as injuries and suspensions begin to bite.
"Curtis [Obeng] has been sent-off, Danny Wright is suspended, [Mathias] Pogba had a hamstring and Glen Little was injured," he said.
"All of a sudden we're down to the bare bones so it doesn't take a lot.
"If we want to win the league and we want to get promoted then it costs money. We have to decide what league we want to be in."
Having been unbeaten in their opening seven games, Wrexham lost back to back games against and before their draw at Southport.
And recent results have convinced the Wrexham boss he needs to add to his squad in order to maintain their push for promotion.
"We've got weaknesses in the squad, I know, and it showed probably last week," added the former Wales striker.
"I have to work with them every day and just try and keep improving and improving."
