Plymouth Argyle are in negotiations with Blackburn Rovers to bring striker Tom Hitchcock to 91热爆 Park.
Hitchcock, who is an England youth international, has yet to make a first team appearance for the Premier League side.
Argyle are hoping to sign the 18-year-old on a long-term loan deal, according to the club's
Plymouth are in the hunt for a striker after Liam Dickinson quit the club on Wednesday, a week after joining.
Hithcock, who scored a hat-trick for Rovers' reserve side in a pre-season friendly on Saturday, is the son of former Chelsea goalkeeper Kevin Hitchcock.
