Britain's Andy Lapthorne will face 2011 champion David Wagner in the Australian Open wheelchair singles final after winning his final round-robin match.
The second seed beat Anders Hard of Sweden 4-6 6-3 6-3 in Melbourne.
Lapthorne lost 7-5 1-6 6-4 to top seed Wagner in their round-robin tie.
The 22-year-old said: "It's been a tough week, but I got close to Wagner when we played our round-robin match on Thursday so I'm confident going into the final."
But Lapthorne, who won Paralympic doubles silver with Peter Norfolk in London, was unable to defend his men's quad doubles crown with Norfolk.
The British pair lost 6-2 6-3 as American duo Wagner and Nick Taylor regained the title.
