Glamorgan won by three wickets

Chris Cooke's magnificent unbeaten 94 and Colin Ingram's century helped Glamorgan chase down 318 to beat Kent in the One-Day Cup at Cardiff.

South African Ingram struck 109 before Cooke's 54-ball innings saw the hosts reach 321-7 with two balls to spare.

Kent's Darren Stevens (110) had hit a 61-ball hundred in the visitors' 317-7.

Glamorgan needed 103 off the last eight overs and Cooke hit 21 off Mitch Claydon's 48th over before striking him over mid-wicket to seal victory.

The 29-year-old hit eight fours and four sixes in his spectacular innings, but had a reprieve when he had scored 52.

Cooke skied a delivery from Ivan Thomas, who took a fine catch.

But a TV review showed the bowler had marginally overstepped his mark for a no-ball, and Cooke was called back to the middle.

Chris Cooke told 91热爆 Radio Wales: "Personally it's a great feeling to contribute to a win like that for Glamorgan, it's a great team effort. We all played out part - Colin Ingram laid the platform for the big sloggers at the end to come in.

"The rain break actually helped us. Dave Lloyd came in and played a brilliant little gem of a cameo and that really got the ball moving. We needed 12-13 an over, the ball was wet and I thought it was on."
