Nightwatchman David Payne hit a career-best 62 to help Gloucestershire to victory over Glamorgan at Bristol.
The left-hander, who was out for a duck in Gloucestershire's first innings, saw Jim Allenby strike twice in successive balls to leave the hosts 64-3.
But, backed by 39 from Chris Taylor in a stand of 94, Payne struck 11 fours in his maiden half-century to ease his side towards their target.
Brothers Alex and Will Gidman finally saw them home by five wickets on 188-5.
Gloucestershire collected 21 points for their win after having one deducted for a slow over rate, and remain in with an outside chance of promotion from Division Two.
POST-MATCH REACTION
91热爆 Wales cricket correspondent Edward Bevan:
"Jim Allenby did give Glamorgan a glimmer of hope this morning by taking two wickets in two balls to reduce Gloucestershire to 64-3.
"But the defining moment in this game came on Friday afternoon when Glamorgan never really recovered from being 16-4 and were then dismissed for 148.
"There was some variable bounce in the pitch but overall it was a poor batting performance which ultimately cost them their sixth Championship defeat of the season."
