Dereck Chisora licence ban appeal to take place in May

Dereck Chisora has been suspended indefinitely by the World Boxing Council
Dereck Chisora's appeal against the withdrawal of his boxing licence will take place in London on 14 May.
The British Boxing Board of Control deemed he was not "a fit and proper person to hold a licence" following his defeat by Vitali Klitschko.
Chisora slapped Vitali at the weigh-in, spat water at his opponent's brother Wladimir before the bout, and brawled with David Haye after the fight.
The Zimbabwe-born Briton was also suspended by the World Boxing Council.

Chisora, 28, who lost the WBC heavyweight title bout in Munich on points, could look abroad for a licence for future fights should his appeal to the BBBofC fail.
In March, the fighter's promoter Frank Warren said he was unhappy with the way the original hearing was conducted, claiming there was no chance to review any evidence before the hearing, while no BBBofC steward had represented Chisora's interests.
"The grounds for the appeal are that we're not satisfied with the way the hearing went," he said.
"Dereck Chisora will present his side of events and then we'll see what happens."
