Criticism has been heaped on the Child Support Agency almost since its inception 10 years ago.
Long delays in payments, often running into years of arrears for lone parents, unwieldy bureaucracy and unfathomable calculation methods have made the CSA a logistical headache.

As the agency publishes its annual report this week, Work and Pensions Minister Patricia Hollis joins Martha to tell her what she hopes the report will put right. For more information call the 91Èȱ¬ Actionline on 0800 044 044.
