Immunisation - All over the world health workers are trying to reduce the level of infectious disease by immunising children and mothers against measles, polio, tetanus etc. One problem is trying to get to those people in the first place, but what happens when a mother asks if this really is the best thing for her baby? Health scares flare up when it is suggested that a vaccine could damage your child's health in some other way. People refuse to have their child vaccinated and the disease rate increases - putting more children and adults at risk of infection. How do you go about getting the right message across?
