In 'Laner Velibesamim', the singer sings that his love is fierce like the fire and sweet like the spices that we use in our ceremony to see out the Sabbath. He sings, 'Just like that wonderful moment that we wait for, so my heart and soul yearns for you my love.' It's quite a well known sephardi love song. Sometimes the bride will come over to the men's side and the bride and the groom will do a little bit of dancing together.
