What is T Break?

T Break logo

T Break is Scotland's annual unsigned band competition.

48 finalists are chosen from hundreds of demos entries to battle it out in live heats at Glasgow and Edinburgh venues.

Twelve winners are then chosen to play the T Break stage at T in the Park festival.

Scottish talent is showcased every week by Vic Galloway

Found began life in 2001 as a multimedia art collective. In 2005 they began exploring music more and finally settled on their current 5 piece line-up at the beginning of this year.

The Acute are three lads from Edinburgh whose striking appearance is getting almost as much attention as their music. They're being tipped for big things by anyone who's anyone in the Scottish music industry, so remember where you heard them first.

Loud is the order of the day here. Project Venhell claim that growing up in a small seaside town has filled them with a 'murderous rage'. Their off-punk sound is directly attributable to the fact that none of them know how to play heavy metal.
