China: Consumer prices plunge at fastest rate in 15 years

Consumer and producer prices in China register annual declines at their fastest pace in 15 years in January.

China's economy is again showing bad data with risks slipping into deeper deflation as consumer prices declined in January. China鈥檚 consumer price index falling by 0.8% compared with a year earlier. It's been the fourth consecutive month of declines and makes analysts negatively look into the future.
