Hassan Kossar is from Hargeisa in what is now Somaliland. He works for the de-mining charity, HALO, clearing away the landmines that were laid during years of conflict. Hassan and many of his de-mining colleagues are also poets, and they're soon to publish a collection. He spoke to Outlook's Jo Fidgen.

Jose Feliciano is one of the world's most celebrated guitarists. He's won nine Grammy Awards, and has created 55 studio albums. Jose has had a remarkable career - especially when you consider his start in life. He was born blind into an impoverished family in Puerto Rico.

Caitlin Henderson was working for Queensland Museum's spider exhibition when the coronavirus pandemic hit. The museum closed and the spiders needed somewhere to go and suddenly Caitlin found herself living in lockdown with 70 spiders in her rented bedroom.

Odette Doest is a vet from the Caribbean island of Curacao, and four years ago she rescued an injured flamingo called Bob. Odette knew that Bob couldn't be released into the wild, so she took him home, and adapted a special room for him to live in.
