The Muslim village on top of the world: exploring the remote Ethiopian mountain village unchanged in nearly a millennium.

Shonke is a 900-year-old settlement on the top of a mountain in Ethiopia's Amhara region. It鈥檚 a Muslim village, and its remote location is no accident, as 91热爆 Afaan Oromo journalists Yadeta Berhanu and Habtabu Tibebu discovered.
