Pakistani rival parties each claim advantage as vote count continues

Votes are being counted after yesterday's general election while former PM Nawaz Sharif claims victory.

With most results declared in Pakistan's parliamentary elections, candidates affiliated with jailed opposition leader Imran Khan have won the most seats.

But his rival, Nawaz Sharif, has already declared himself the winner. Neither group appears to be on course to win a clear majority.
