Northern Ireland has its first Irish nationalist leader in the restored power-sharing government. After a two-year hiatus, Sinn F茅in's Michelle O'Neill has taken on the top job as first minister. We hear from a journalist who spent the day watching events unfold in the parliament buildings at Stormont.
