Oscar nominated actress Stockard Channing (Grease) chats to Adam about directing an acclaimed production of Samuel Beckett's 'Krapp's Last Tape'. It's coming to the Regency Town House in Brighton this April, raising money for charity.

Adam also meets Nick Jaye, a dyslexic chef from Brighton who was once told by teachers he was too stupid to cook. Fifty years on, he's now releasing his first recipe book.
